Rehearsal Updates: Building Something New

We’re deep in rehearsals getting Hollywood Groove ready for 31 January — our very first show — and we’re not going to lie: it’s a big build.

This isn’t just “learn the songs and turn up”. Hollywood Groove has extra moving parts:

• musical arrangements that suit crowd singing

• timing cues that line up with the screens

• trivia rounds that need tight pacing

• on-stage singer moments that need smooth transitions

• and a show flow that keeps the energy rising all night

Why we’re excited

Hollywood Groove is a sister concept to The Adele Show (lots of the same band members), but the vibe is completely different. The Adele Show is about delivering a polished tribute experience — big vocals, big emotion, big moments.

Hollywood Groove is more like: party + theatre + crowd sing + movie nostalgia. It’s lighter, faster, funnier, and way more interactive. As a band, we’re loving it because it turns the whole room into part of the performance.

The first show

If you’re coming to the first gig, you’re seeing the beginning of something new. We’re rehearsing hard because we want it to run clean, but we’re also designing it so it still feels spontaneous and alive. The best nights are the ones where the crowd takes ownership — and that’s exactly what Hollywood Groove is built for.
