Hollywood Groove is a live band + movie-themed interactive show — but the key difference is this: you’re not just sitting there watching a band play songs. The crowd becomes part of the night.

We’ve built Hollywood Groove around famous songs connected to iconic films. You’ll hear big recognisable moments, and between songs the screens come alive with trivia, prompts, and fun cues that pull the room together. It’s designed to feel like a cross between a live concert, a movie-night vibe, and a party where the whole venue is “in on it”.

How the interaction works

You participate through your phone (quick and simple), and you can choose your level of involvement. Some people will go all-in, others will just enjoy the show — and both are completely fine.

There are three core ways the crowd gets involved:

1) Sing on stage (lead or co-sing)
You can nominate through the app and we’ll bring selected singers up for short feature moments. Sometimes it’s a duet, sometimes it’s a chorus, sometimes it’s a “big line” everyone knows. It’s high energy, low pressure, and always a highlight.

2) Backup singing from the crowd
This is the easiest way to join in. When the big chorus hits, we’ll prompt the room — the words appear on the screen, and the crowd becomes the backing vocals. It makes the whole place feel connected fast.

3) Harmony splits (crowd choir mode)
This is where Hollywood Groove gets really special. We’ll split the venue into parts — for example “left side do the low harmony, right side do the high harmony” — and the words will appear on screen for each group. It turns a regular singalong into an actual crowd choir moment. It’s surprisingly addictive.

The vibe

Hollywood Groove is more upbeat and playful than our sister band The Adele Show (and yes, many of the same members overlap). The Adele Show is polished, powerful, and built around that big Adele emotional experience. Hollywood Groove is built around fun, movement, laughs, and audience moments.

If you want a night out that feels like live music with a twist — where the room is alive and the crowd is part of the performance — you’ll love it.
